Terms, privacy and risk

What we provide

• Access to a portal that shows model paper-trading accounts run by fixed, published rules, for learning.
• No buy or sell advice to any client, no portfolio management, no holding of client money, no broker connection.
• Every client of the same grade and pack sees the same accounts at the same time.

Your capital grade

• You declare the money you trade with your own broker; it is rounded down to a grade. We do not ask for bank or broker statements.
• Moving up applies at once; moving down applies at your next renewal; you confirm your grade once a year.

Payments and renewals

• Packs and desks open when your payment is confirmed and stay open until the paid-till date, plus 3 grace days.
• Nothing renews by itself. Paid periods are not refunded part-way [confirm refund policy].
• Invoices carry a number and are kept as tax law requires. [GSTIN]

Privacy (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023)

• We keep: name, mobile, email, grade, packs, orders, payments, consent and agreement records.
• We do not keep: PAN, bank details, card data, broker logins or statements.
• Passwords are stored only in scrambled form (Argon2); codes and sessions only as keyed hashes.
• Data is stored in India and backed up encrypted. We never sell or share it for marketing.
• You can ask for a copy, a correction or deletion; we act within 30 days, keeping only what tax law requires.

Risk disclosure

• Investments in securities markets are subject to market risks. Read all related documents carefully before investing.
• Paper results are simulated: real orders can fill at different prices, with costs, slippage and taxes.
• Past or paper results do not guarantee future results. You may lose money trading with your own account.
• Futures and options carry high risk; most retail traders lose money in them (SEBI studies). Trade only what you can afford to lose.

Registration
